Warm staff but noisy nights

Our check-in was smooth, with a warm reception that made us feel welcomed instantly. The cleanliness of our large room and the vibrant atmosphere around the pools truly made relaxation easy.

The sleepless nights due to noise from nearby festivities affected our stay considerably. With no air conditioning, we had to leave the windows open, which didn't help the situation.

I had a fabulous time enjoying the rooftop pool and the relaxing spa lounge during my five-night stay. The outdoor pool area was perfect for chilling out under the sun. There were some lovely sun loungers to kick back on. Just wish there were more towels available at the pool without the long wait! 🌞

The location is a bit of a trek, taking about 30 minutes on a crowded bus to reach Palma, which can be a drag if you're planning to explore the city. Air conditioning was switched off during my stay, leaving the room uncomfortably hot at night, especially on the fifth floor, prompting the need to open the balcony door. The dining options outside of breakfast fell short—dinner prices felt high for a limited menu that didn’t change much, making theme nights underwhelming. the lack of showers by the pool means all that beach sand sticks around when coming back from a dip. The elevator situation leaves much to be desired, with one of two already out of order, leading to long waits—definitely not ideal after a long day.

We stayed for 4 nights and loved how spacious our room was! The outdoor lounge area was perfect for chilling after a day by the pools, which were awesome. Really enjoyed the snacks at the poolside bar too. Just wish the breakfast had more variety since it got a bit repetitive.

I absolutely adored my Double or Twin Room with Balcony! It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had such a chic vibe. Plus, the fantastic breakfast buffet had everything from Cava to fresh smoothies—what a way to start your day!

The room was nice and spacious, with a pretty large balcony which was a highlight. The bathroom was modern and clean, and the bed was comfy enough for a good night’s sleep. I noticed the walls are surprisingly thin. you could hear some noise from outside, which was a bit annoying at times.

The pools had gorgeous Bali beds. perfect for lounging. the buffet had themed nights. and the cocktails were a delightful treat.
